Answers before you ask
Which MikroTik versions are supported?
RouterOS v6.4x and the whole v7 line. Any router that exposes the MikroTik API service will work — hAP, hEX, CCR, CHR and RB series included. We test against v6.49 and the current v7 LTS.
How do my customers pay?
Through Fapshi (MTN and Orange Mobile Money in Cameroon) or Flutterwave (cards, bank transfer and mobile money across Africa). The right gateway is selected from your country automatically — you never configure routing rules. Payments are provisioned only after a verified webhook, so a failed or spoofed callback can never activate an account.
What is the Customer Portal?
A public self-service page for your subscribers. They check their balance and usage, buy a hotspot bundle or renew a PPPoE plan, and manage the devices bound to their account — without calling you.
What is the Router Business Portal?
A separate branded dashboard for a reseller, agent or branch manager. It is scoped to the routers they operate, with their own logo, support contacts and payment instructions, and it never exposes your other sites.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 5 days on full Starter limits, no card required. Your dashboard is created immediately at signup and you can connect real routers during the trial. Upgrade whenever you are ready; nothing is deleted when the trial ends.
Can I migrate my existing customers?
Yes. Connect a router and ISP Manager reads the PPPoE secrets and hotspot users already on it, so your existing base is imported rather than retyped. Plans and expiry dates can be adjusted in bulk afterwards.
